Digital Product License Policy

Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Forward Custom Designs! We appreciate your support and want you to enjoy the creative products you purchase from our shop.

All digital products created and sold by Forward Custom Designs are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, all digital products are sold with a PERSONAL USE LICENSE ONLY.

This means your purchase allows you to use the digital product for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.

Examples of permitted personal use include:

• Printing artwork or designs for your home.
• Using purchased planners, checklists, and templates for personal organization.
• Printing invitations for personal celebrations and family events.
• Using purchased graphics for personal projects.
• Making reasonable personal-use copies of a purchased printable for your own household.

Without prior written permission from Forward Custom Designs, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital files.
• Upload our files to websites, social media groups, file-sharing platforms, or public repositories for others to download.
• Sell printed copies of our digital artwork, templates, or designs.
• Use purchased designs for commercial purposes.
• Incorporate our designs into products intended for resale.
• Claim our artwork, graphics, templates, or designs as your own original creation.
• Modify our designs and resell or redistribute the modified versions.
• Give away purchased digital files as free downloads or promotional products.

Forward Custom Designs also offers custom digital design services.

Custom digital designs are created specifically for the customer based on the information, ideas, and specifications provided.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, purchasing a custom digital design grants the customer personal-use rights only.

The purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership of the original artwork, or the right to reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the design.

All original artwork, layouts, graphics, templates, illustrations, and creative designs remain the intellectual property of Forward Custom Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing a digital product provides a limited license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the original creative work.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial use of our digital products is prohibited.

Forward Custom Designs reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies when its intellectual property rights are violated.

If you are interested in obtaining commercial-use rights, extended licensing, or permission to use a design for another purpose, please contact us before using the product.

Commercial-use permission must be provided in writing by Forward Custom Designs.
