Welcome to Forward Custom Designs! We are excited to help you bring your creative ideas to life. Whether you are purchasing a personalized gift, custom apparel, home décor, promotional products, or a downloadable digital design, we appreciate your business.

By accessing our website or purchasing products from Forward Custom Designs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Forward Custom Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, subject to applicable laws and marketplace requirements.

Forward Custom Designs offers a variety of physical and digital products, including but not limited to:

• Personalized gifts and custom creations.
• Tumblers, drinkware, shirts, and apparel.
• Signs, home décor, and seasonal decorations.
• Business promotional products.
• Custom graphics, artwork, and invitations.
• Printable templates, planners, and digital downloads.
• Personalized digital designs and other creative products.

Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Many of our products are created specifically for individual customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, photographs, logos, and other personalization details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting an order.

Forward Custom Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Some custom orders may include a design proof or preview before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details, including spelling, wording, colors, layouts, and personalization.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for revisions requested after approval.

Physical products are made, prepared, or customized for delivery to the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, materials, and finishes may occur.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that products match their descriptions and photographs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, sizes, materials, and other specifications before purchasing.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless specifically stated in the product description.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and file requirements before purchasing.
• Digital products may be available immediately after purchase or delivered according to the listing description.
• Customers are responsible for having the necessary software, applications, equipment, and technical knowledge to open and use purchased files.
• Digital products are intended for the use described in the individual product listing.
• Digital downloads may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or claimed as the customer's original work.
• Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute our digital designs unless the listing specifically grants commercial-use rights.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally nonrefundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or marketplace policies.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a purchased file, please contact us. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

All original designs, artwork, graphics, templates, photographs, written content, logos, and other creative materials developed by Forward Custom Designs remain the intellectual property of Forward Custom Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit our designs or digital files without written permission or an applicable commercial-use license.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide any photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials submitted for customization.

Customers who submit photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials confirm that they own the materials or have permission to use them.

Forward Custom Designs reserves the right to decline orders involving inappropriate, unlawful, or potentially copyright-infringing materials.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the applicable checkout process before production or delivery begins.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for special requests, design revisions, expedited production, or other services not included in the original listing.

We want every customer to have a positive experience with Forward Custom Designs.

Because personalized products are created specifically for individual customers, custom orders may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because a customer changes their mind.

Orders already in production or completed may not be eligible for cancellation.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its approved specifications, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

Digital purchases are generally nonrefundable once delivered or downloaded, subject to applicable laws and marketplace requirements.

Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, production schedules, and shipping carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Forward Custom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Digital products are not shipped physically. Delivery instructions and download information will be provided through the applicable purchasing platform or website.

Forward Custom Designs may sell products through its own website, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.

Purchases made through third-party platforms are also subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, and procedures.

Our policies are not intended to override or replace any mandatory consumer protections or marketplace requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forward Custom Designs shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We respect the privacy of our customers and take reasonable steps to protect personal information.

Customer information may be used to process orders, provide customer service, communicate regarding purchases, and improve our products and services.
