Returns and Refunds

At Forward Custom Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in creating personalized products, unique gifts, custom designs, and digital downloads.

Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for individual customers, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or provides incorrect personalization information.

Please carefully review your order details before purchasing.

Returns or exchanges for non-personalized physical products may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before returning an item.

Products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility when the return is not due to an error on our part.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, when applicable.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

All digital products are intended for electronic delivery.

Because digital files are downloadable and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally nonrefundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or marketplace policies.

Before purchasing, please carefully review:

• The product description.
• Included file types and formats.
• Product dimensions and specifications.
• Software or application requirements.
• Whether the product is editable or intended for printing.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you.

Custom digital designs are created specifically for individual customers.

Once design work has begun, cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed and the applicable purchase terms.

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon product or provide a design that materially differs from the approved specifications, please contact us so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's production status.

Orders that have already entered production, been personalized, or been delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.

Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy's applicable policies and purchase protection procedures.

Customers who purchase through Etsy should contact us through Etsy Messages whenever possible so that order-related concerns can be handled through the appropriate marketplace process.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or protections provided by Etsy or applicable consumer protection laws.
